2012.2.1 A High-Resolution High-Speed CMOS Image Sensor developed by us in collaboration with NHK and Brookman Technology will be presented at ISSCC 2012 (22.5). The advance program has been released (Official website).
2011.11.21 Mr. Min-woong Seo (D2) won the Excellent Student Paper Award in the 2011 ITE Annual Convention.
2011.10.3 Brookman Technology Inc.(University-launched venture company founded by Prof. Kawahito) won "New Business Award 2011 in Shizuoka"(Link,Newspaper in Japanese).

About Kawahito Kagawa Laboratory

Major research topics of Imaging Devices Laboratory (Head:Prof. Dr. Shoji Kawahito) are in CMOS image sensors with smart functions, high-performance CMOS image sensors, signal processing circuits for CMOS integrated sensors, and CMOS analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits for imaging and communication systems.
